Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously crafted with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor all seamlessly integrated with pipes. Optional features like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder further enhance its capabilities.
Initially, large materials are precisely broken down by a jaw crusher to a specific size, then smoothly transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. A vibrating feeder ensures a consistent flow into the main unit for efficient grinding. The refined powder is subsequently carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles achieving desired fineness are channeled into a cyclone collector through pipes where they are methodically separated and collected. Finished products are discharged via the discharging valve. This entire process operates within a confined airflow system, maintaining efficiency through positive and negative air pressure circulation.
