Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor communicates power through a belt, initiating periodic motion of the moving jaw towards the fixed jaw via an eccentric shaft. As the toggle plate angle increases, the mobile jaw advances.

 

This dynamic movement crushes materials in its path. When descending, the toggle plate angle reduces, allowing the moving jaw to withdraw, releasing the crushed materials through the outlet.
