Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
Experience the power of precision in the HGM series micro powder grinding mill. This marvel of engineering comprises a robust main unit, advanced classifier, efficient powder collector, and dust cleaner. Its performance is further enhanced with a high-capacity blower, effective muffler, sound-proof room for quieter operation, durable crusher, reliable bucket elevator, ample storage hopper, and a precision-engineered vibrating feeder.
Once large materials are masterfully crushed by our hammer crusher, they gracefully transform into smaller sizes and are smoothly transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. From there, they are meticulously fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by a state-of-the-art vibrating feeder and an expertly designed sloping feeding pipe.
In the heart of our grinding operation, when the mill comes to life, the main bearing and each dial are precisely driven by the electromotor of the main equipment through a high-efficiency reducer. Simultaneously, all the grinding rollers engage in a synchronized rolling motion within the ring channels, powered by the dial through a reliable plunger mechanism. The centrifugal force elegantly guides the materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them down into the dedicated grinding chambers where the materials undergo a transformative process of being pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the rollers. The result is a cascade of materials falling into multiple layers for comprehensive crushing and micro grinding leading to the creation of superb micro powder in a continuous operation.
The high-pressure air blower seamlessly draws fresh air into the grinding mill, creating a consistent airflow that carries the finely crushed materials to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller precisely screens the airflow, ensuring that only particles of qualified size proceed to the cyclone powder collector, while unqualified particles are redirected back for further refinement. Upon reaching the discharging valve at the bottom, the majority of qualified powders exit with elegance, while a minimal amount of fine powders, carried by the airflow, proceed to the dust cleaner. These powders cling to the filter bags, only to be released by the sudden vibration caused by the pulse valve's high-pressure gas ejection. Both collections are seamlessly conveyed for packaging, while the air, now purified, is quietly released through the muffler's air outlet.
