Application
The Impact Crusher is engineered for primary crushing of various mining stones, with a robust compression resistance threshold of 320Mpa. Widely applied in the mining, metallurgical industry, building materials, highway, railway, and chemical industry, it expertly breaks materials into medium and fine sizes, adding versatility to your operations.



Working principle

The Impact Crusher operates by harnessing the energy of striking, yielding powerful and efficient crushing results.

1.During operation, the motor propels the rotor to high speeds, upon which the blow bar is strategically installed.

2.Upon entering the blow bar's area of influence, materials are struck and catapulted toward impact devices surrounding the rotor.

3.High-speed dynamics ensure materials rebound between the impact liner and the blow bar's area, until crushed to the desired size.

4.The adjustable clearance between the impact rack and rotor allows for customization of end product size and form.
