Raymond roller mills are suitable for grinding various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with a Mohs hardness of 6 or less and a humidity of less than 6%. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining, and highway construction.

The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted from 80-500 mesh. They can process over 400 materials, including quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, silicon carbide, bauxite marble, phosphate rock, coal, slag, and more.

2. Key Process in 4 Steps

 · Feed & Grind : Materials are fed into the main unit and ground.

· Classify : Ground powder is blown to the Classifier by the Air Blower for sizing.

· Collect : Fine powder enters the Cyclone Collector and is separated as final product.

 · Circulate : The airflow is recycled in a closed loop under positive/negative pressure.
