Small Mobile Coal Crusher Machines are ingeniously engineered with a robust frame, an eccentric shaft, jaw plates, connecting bars, an adjustment part, and a sturdy spring. Driven by the motor, the belt and belt wheel work in harmony to move the eccentric shaft, which propels the movable jaw in an elegant upward and downward motion. As the angle between the movable jaw and the bracket widens during the upward motion, the movable jaw plate is strategically pushed towards the fixed jaw plate. This dynamic movement efficiently crushes the materials. During the downward motion, the angle diminishes, and the power of the spring and connecting bars allows the movable jaw plate to retreat from the fixed jaw plate, releasing the crushed materials that meet the desired size criteria from the crushing cavity. With each rotation of the motor, this seamless process of crushing and discharging materials is repeated, achieving the ultimate goal of consistent and scalable mass production.
