Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher is ingeniously designed with a dynamic frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Constructed with precision, the frame splits into an upper and lower part, welded from steel plates. High manganese steel liners fortify the frame, replaceable after wear. Rotors comprise the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, meticulously configured along the main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotors spin rapidly, propelling the hammers outward through centrifugal force. Materials entering the crusher are subjected to an intense process of striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding, rendering them into finer sizes.

Only the qualified materials are screened and exit through the grate bar gaps, while the unqualified remain for further processing. The size of the final output is customizable by adjusting the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and grate bars can be modified to meet varying requirements.
