Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The innovative HGM series micro powder grinding mill is masterfully composed of a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, the hammer crusher transforms large materials into smaller pieces which are then expertly transported to the storage hopper via an elevator, and subsequently distributed to the turn plate's upper distribution plate through a precise vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the electromotor diligently drives the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, setting all grinding rollersin motion within the ring channels, propelled by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force elegantly propels materials toward the edge of the turn plate and into grinding chamberswhere they are continuously and expertly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers into micro powder.

The efficient high-pressure air blowerdraws in air into the grinding mill, and this powerful airflowcarries the crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellerscreens the airflow: Unqualified particles are returned for regrinding, while qualified particles seamlessly mingle with the air, moving into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valveat the bottom. A small fraction of the finest powders travels with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. They then fall due to the sudden vibration from high-pressure gas emitted by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient packing of materials. Filtered clean air is ultimately released through the muffler air outlet.
