Working Principle
Grinding Process
The heart of our grinding process involves the grinding plate, elegantly powered by the main motor through a reduction gear. As high-pressure air sweeps into the mill's core, materials gracefully descend onto the center of the rotating plate via the screw conveyor feeder. Through the marvel of centrifugal force, materials dance from the center towards the plate's edge. As they traverse the plate's track, robust rollers crush and grind larger blocks. Fine particles create a bed, where inter-particle crushing magically transforms them into fine powder.
As fine powder journeys to the grinding plate's fringe, a powerful airflow embraces and lifts them at the air ring. Passing through a separator perched above, coarse particles are gracefully returned to the plate for another whirl of pulverization. Meanwhile, fine particles ride the air flow, exiting the mill's interior to meet the powder collector, ready to be celebrated as the finished powder product.

Powder Production Process Flow
The journey begins as raw materials, weighed and freed from tramp iron, travel via the feeding belt conveyor from the hopper. They ascend through an air lock valve and screw conveyor into the mill's heart for pulverization. Post-pulverization, the qualified powder, separated by the classifier, traverses into a tank-type pulse dust collector, and via the screw conveyor and discharge valve, finds its home in the final product hopper, ready for packaging and sale.
Occasionally, small coarse materials, charmingly termed 'slag', are reintroduced into the machine for another round of grinding.
The feeding belt conveyor's iron remover is a guardian of safety, ensuring smooth and secure operation of the ultrafine vertical roller mill.
