Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is composed of a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Materials initially crushed by the hammer crusher are transformed into smaller sizes, stored in the hopper, and evenly distributed to the turn plate via the vibrating feeder and sloping feeder pipe.
During operation, the main bearing and each dial are driven by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, and all grinding rollers are mobilized within the ring channels by the dial via plungers. Materials are propelled to the turn plate's edge by centrifugal force, descending into the grinding chambers where they undergo continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. This process yields micro powder through repeated pressure and grinding, maximizing material transformation. Continuously, the machine delivers micro powder, enhancing product quality and uniformity.

The high-pressure air blower constantly circulates air within the grinding mill, facilitating the efficient transfer and processing of materials. The airflow, carrying the crushed materials, is directed to the classifier, whose high-speed impeller expertly screens and sorts the materials. will screen the airflow: Unqualified particles are sent back for regrinding, while qualified particles flow into the cyclone powder collector, ensuring optimal product quality. Most of the qualified powders are efficiently collected and exit via the discharging valve, while finer powders, carried by the airflow, are trapped by the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags. A sudden pulse of high-pressure gas shakes the bags, releasing the powders to be further processed and packaged. Clean air, free of particles, is emitted through the muffler's air outlet.
