Working Principle

The Hammer crusher's robust design includes a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame, crafted from high-grade steel plates, is divided into two parts and fortified with replaceable high manganese steel liners. The rotors, featuring a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, rotate swiftly, propelled by a powerful motor. As centrifugal force causes the hammers to spread out, large materials are efficiently stricken, impacted, cut, and ground to a smaller size within the crushing cavity.

Materials that meet specifications are swiftly screened and exit through the grate bar gap. Those not meeting criteria reenter the crushing cavity for further pulverizing. By adjusting the grate bars or the rotor-gap, the final product size is fine-tuned to meet specific requirements, offering precise control over output.
