Working Principle of YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill
Transform large materials into finely ground particles with ease. Initially crushed by the jaw crusher, materials are elevated to the storage hopper and fed uniformly into the grinding unit by the vibrating feeder. The bevel gear orchestrates the central shaft's rotation, connecting to a roller device that swings while pivoting. This roller rotates not only around the central shaft but also along the grinding ring, driven by its own friction. A shovel blade beneath the roller lifts and feeds the material between the grinding rollers and ring, forming a bed layer. This setup generates an outward centrifugal force, effectively crushing the materials with precision and power.Within our cutting-edge YGM Raymond Machine, the meticulously ground powder is gracefully transported by a sophisticated airflow from the blower to the advanced classifier.
