What is YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The Raymond mill stands as the pivotal equipment in powder production lines, renowned for its versatile applications in grinding ore materials. Celebrated for its adaptability, it finds essential use across diverse sectors, including metallurgy, construction, chemical industries, and mining.

Clirik's enhanced roller grinding mill is engineered to process a myriad of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with a Moh's hardness less than 6 and humidity below 6%. It is extensively utilized in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, and highway construction. The granularity of the finished powder size is adjustable between 50 and 325 meshes. The mill supports a wide range of materials processing (315-45 microns), from quartz, feldspar, barite, and calcite carbonate, to limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal, and more, encompassing approximately 400 distinct materials.

Working Principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The Raymond mill consists of a main unit, reduction gear, classifier, pipeline, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic feeder, and an electric control system.

Large materials are first crushed by the jaw crusher to required particle sizes. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and fed evenly by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles meeting fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector through the pipe, where they are separated and collected. They are then discharged as finished products at the discharging valve; meanwhile, the airflow is drawn back to the blower via the return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This creates a sealed circulation system that operates under positive and negative air pressure.
