CLUM Series Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill

The CLUM series ultrafine vertical roller mill is a new type of ultrafine powder grinding equipment designed and developed by based on its many years of mill production and operation, and the introduction of ultrafine vertical grinding technology from Taiwan and Germany. It integrates grinding, grading, conveying, secondary powder selection and finished product packaging. 
 
The product fineness can reach 400-3000 mesh, breaking through the bottleneck of low ultrafine powder processing capacity. After five years of development, the CLUM series ultrafine vertical grinding mill has built 30 ultrafine powder production lines around the world.
 
The CLUM series ultrafine vertical roller mill is suitable for large-capacity production and is widely used for grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials under 9.3 (Mohs hardness), such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore quartz, especially suitable for slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash and corundum, coal, etc.

MAIN STRUCTURES

The CLUM series ultrafine vertical roller mill is mainly composed of electric motor, reducer, grinding wheel device, grinding plate device, pressure-applying device, classifier, feeding device, oil station, host electronic control system and other parts.

Grinding wheel device: the main component for grinding materials, has no power output, and operates passively due to the friction between the material and the grinding wheel.

Grinding plate device: The grinding area of the material, connected to the reducer, rotates by itself.

Pressure-applying device: controls the gap between the grinding wheel and the grinding disc to ensure the grinding wheel pressure during the grinding process.

Classifier: Multi-head powder selection structure, using the principle of rotating centrifugal force to achieve the fine powder screening and filtration work in the production process.

Operation Process

Working Principle:

Material falls from the feed inlet onto the motor-driven grinding disc. Centrifugal force moves it to the disc's edge, where it is crushed into fine powder by rollers. Hot air from a nozzle then carries the powder for classification.
