Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Engineered to perfection with a powerful motor, precision reduction gear, advanced grinding rollers, and a robust pressure-applying device. The intricate design includes a high-efficiency classifier, ensuring optimal performance.

The grinding disc, expertly driven by a motor through a reducer, welcomes materials through the feed opening. As the materials meet the disc, they are propelled to its edge by centrifugal force, becoming finely powdered by the rollers. Hot air transports these fine particles to a highly efficient classifier, where qualified powder is whisked away to the collector, and unqualified powder returns for refining.
