CLRM Enhanced Roller Grinding Mill Working Principle
 

In the CLRM Enhanced Roller Grinding Mill, large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to optimal particle sizes. These are then elevated by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and fed continuously into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is conveyed by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the desired fineness enter the cyclone collector via pipes, where they're separated and collected. The finished products discharge through a valve, while the airflow returns to the blower through a return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This creates a sealed circulation system operating under positive and negative air pressure.
