Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer crusher is a marvel of engineering, comprised of a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and meticulously crafted grate bars. The frame is ingeniously divided into two parts, seamlessly joined by high-grade steel plates. Inside, the liners are made of high manganese steels, ensuring durability and easy replacement. The rotors, featuring a turn plate, pin shafts, and expertly grouped hammers, are the heart of the crusher. Driven by a powerful motor, these rotors spin rapidly, harnessing centrifugal force to expand the hammers outward, creating an efficient crushing environment.
Large materials are welcomed with open arms through the feed inlet, where they are subjected to a high-impact, cutting, and grinding process by the swift hammers. The resulting smaller, qualified materials gracefully exit through the gaps in the grate bars. Meanwhile, unqualified materials receive further attention until they meet the stringent standards. Adjustable grate bars and rotor gaps allow for tailored product size and performance, ensuring precision and consistency in every operation.
