Working Principle

Experience the seamless operation of our advanced grinding system: Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired size. From here, they are transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, and subsequently fed into the main grinding unit via a vibrating feeder. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for precision sorting. Particles meeting the fineness criteria are sent to a cyclone collector through a pipeline, where they are expertly separated and collected. The finished products are released through a discharge valve, while the airflow returns to the blower, creating a sealed and highly efficient circulation system operating under both positive and negative pressure.

Compared with the previous mill the grind pressure increased 10%, grinding area up 15-20%. Optimized the roller layout, escalated the efficient grinding space.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
