Application of HGM Ultrafine Mill
Discover the transformative power of the HGM Ultrafine Mill, a revolutionary breakthrough in mining equipment designed to craft micro and fine powders. Its multifaceted applications stretch across various industries including metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, and ceramics, to name a few. The primary goal of this micro powder grinding mill is to achieve super-fine grinding for materials with hardness less than 9 on Moh's scale and humidity under 6%. It gracefully handles materials like kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, carbon black, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, and pigment, encompassing a spectrum of up to 200 different types.
Working principle of HGM Ultrafine Mill
In operation, the HGM Ultrafine Mill showcases engineering precision as the grinding rollers rotate within the ring. Materials are propelled to the periphery of the turnplate by centrifugal force, cascading into the grinding chambers where they are continually pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the action of the rollers.
Simultaneously, a high-pressure air blower continually draws air into the grinding mill. Crushed materials are transported via airflow to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller screens them: particles that do not meet the size criteria fall for regrinding, while those that qualify, combined with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of compliant powders exit through the discharge valve below, while finer particulates, carried by airflow, transition to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. A sudden vibration, triggered by instant high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, releases these powders, which, combined with the previous batch, are sent for final processing and packaging. Excess clean air is vented from the muffler outlet, ensuring an optimal operational environment.
Technical Advantages of HGM Ultrafine Mill
1. High Efficiency
Achieve groundbreaking efficiency with the HGM Ultrafine Mill. Under identical finishing sizes and motor power conditions, it boasts double the capacity of conventional jet mills, mixing grinders, and ball mills, all while reducing energy consumption by a remarkable 30%.
2. Long Lifecycle of Spare Parts
Experience extended durability with the specially forged rings and rollers. Constructed from high-utilization materials, their lifespan for grinding calcite carbonate can impressively extend between 2 to 5 years.
3. High Safety and Reliability
Engineered for peace of mind, the HGM Ultrafine Mill eliminates the challenges associated with rolling bearings or screws in the grinding cavity, effectively avoiding issues of bolt shedding or rapid wear found in bearings and seal components.
4. High Fineness, Flexible Adjustment
Tailor your product fineness with ease, as the HGM Ultrafine Mill allows for adjustment between 325 and 2500 mesh (47-5 microns), achieving a superfine output with a remarkable fineness of D97≤5μm.
5. Environment-Friendly
Champion sustainability with the HGM Ultrafine Mill, which incorporates an innovative pulse bag filter and muffler to dramatically reduce dust pollution and noise, ensuring a clean and quiet operational environment.
