The hammer crusher comprises a robust frame divided into upper and lower segments, welded with precision from steel plates. It features replaceable high manganese steel liners that enhance durability. The dynamic rotors include a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers synchronized along the main shaft. The motor propels these rotors to spin rapidly within the crushing chamber. Through centrifugal force, the hammers disperse outward, effectively striking, cutting, and grinding large feed materials into finer sizes.

Once crushed, qualified materials are seamlessly screened and discharged through the grate bars' gaps, while those needing further refinement remain in the chamber to be hammered and ground. By adjusting the grate bars, the final product size can be tailored to meet specific requirements. Additionally, the gap between the rotors and grate bars is adjustable, catering to diverse operational needs.
