Working Principle

Experience seamless processing as large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to desired sizes, then conveyed via bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Fed evenly by the vibrating feeder into the main unit, materials are expertly ground. The resulting powder, carried by blower-generated airflow, is classified by the classifier, with particles meeting fineness entering the cyclone collector through dedicated piping to be separated and collected. The discharge valve releases finished products, while airflow recirculates from the cyclone collector top back to the blower, maintaining a sealed circulation system under balanced air pressure.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
