The High Pressure Grinding Mill's standard setup features an advanced assembly of main unit, precision reducer, efficient powder classifier, and cyclone powder collector. It includes a dust cleaner, powerful blower, control cabinet, and a network of pipes. For enhanced operation, consider optional add-ons such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Initially, large materials are transformed into manageable sizes via a jaw crusher. These are then elevated to a storage hopper using a bucket elevator, and meticulously fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for the grinding process. The resulting fine powder is channeled by the blower for classification, with appropriately sized particles advancing to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, culminating in the finished product at the discharging valve. The ingeniously designed sealed airflow system ensures a continuous cycle, maintained under a dynamic balance of positive and negative air pressure.
