Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a sophisticated standard configuration comprising the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your system with optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials undergo primary crushing by a jaw crusher to achieve desired particle sizes. These are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, subsequently fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for comprehensive grinding. The resulting finely grinded powder is swept by airflow from the blower to the classifier for precision sorting. Particles achieving the desired fineness enter the cyclone collector through pipes and are diligently separated and collected. Finished products are efficiently discharged at the discharging valve. The airflow, ingeniously recycled within a sealed circulation system, operates under both positive and negative pressure, ensuring operational excellence.
