Working Principle of Mining Used Rock Stone Hammer Mill Crusher
 

This sophisticated hammer crusher is constructed with a robust frame, rotors, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is meticulously divided into upper and lower parts, welded from high-quality steel plates. Liners made from high manganese steels are replaceable upon wear. The dynamic rotors feature a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, regularly grouped on the main shaft. As the motor drives the rotors to rapid rotation within the crushing cavity, the hammers extend outward due to centrifugal force, effectively striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials into smaller sizes with precision.

Qualified materials, once crushed, are efficiently screened and exit through the gap of the grate bars. Unqualified materials remain in the crushing cavity to be further processed until they achieve the desired standard size. Adjustments for the final product size are made possible by altering the grate bars and the gap between the rotors and the bars, catering to diverse requirements.
