Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The standard configuration of High Pressure Grinding Mill is a testament to engineering excellence, featuring a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder provide additional functionality.

Large materials are initially crushed to the desired particle size by a jaw crusher. These particles are then elevated by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper before being evenly and continuously fed into the main grinding unit. The resulting powder is transported by airflow to the classifier, where particles meeting required fineness are directed to the cyclone collector for gathering. The separated and collected particles are discharged as finished products. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation with both positive and negative air pressure ensuring efficiency.
