Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

High Pressure Grinding Mill features a sophisticated assembly that includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For enhanced functionality, you may opt for additional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.

To achieve precision grinding, large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes. These materials are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles that meet the fineness criteria are channeled through a pipe to the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. Finished products are discharged via the discharging valve. The entire airflow system operates in a sealed cycle, balancing positive and negative air pressure for efficiency.
