Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is expertly configured with components such as a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to maximize efficiency.
Beginning with robust materials crushed by a jaw crusher, achieving desired particle sizes is effortless. The bucket elevator transports these to the storage hopper, followed by continuous and uniform feeding by the vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. Airflow from the blower carries the ground powder to the classifier for fineness classification. Suitable particles navigate into the cyclone collector, where they are meticulously separated and collected, emerging as the final product at the discharging valve. This closed-loop system circulates under dynamically regulated positive and negative air pressure.
