Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

This sophisticated machine is composed of vital components such as the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, all working in harmony.

The grinding disc is propelled by a motor via a reducer, facilitating material flow to the disc from the feed opening. Centrifugal force drives the materials to the disc's edge, where rollers crush them into fine powders. The hot air from the nozzle elevates fine powder to the high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powder is collected by the air to the powder collector, while unqualified powder returns for regrinding.
