Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill:
This innovative device comprises a harmonious ensemble of components such as the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, and mill body. Equipped with an oil station and an electrical system, it offers unparalleled efficiency.
The grinding disc, driven by a motor through a reducer, majestically rotates as the material cascades onto it from the feed opening. Centrifugal force propels the materials to the disc's edge, where they're meticulously pulverized by rollers into superfine powders. A surge of hot air from the nozzle sweeps these powders towards the high-efficiency classifier. Here, only the finest particles are allowed to proceed to the powder collector, while those unqualified return for further refinement, ensuring optimal quality.
Ultrafine vertical roller millunleashes its prowess on non-flammable, non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness rating of up to 7, such as quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, and fluorite. Especially adept at processing slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal, it stands as a versatile powerhouse.
