Working Principle

The process begins as large materials are meticulously crushed by the jaw crusher to attain the desired particle sizes. These particles are then seamlessly transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. A vibrating feeder distributes the materials consistently into the main unit, ensuring optimal grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the fineness criteria proceed to the cyclone collector, where they are efficiently separated and collected, emerging as finished products at the discharge valve. The airflow is expertly managed within a sealed circulation system, maintaining a precise balance of positive and negative air pressure.
