Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
Ingeniously engineered, this mill consists of essential components including the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system.
The grinding disc, set into motion by a motor through a reducer, allows materials to fall onto its surface via the feed opening. Centrifugal force drives these materials to the disc's edge where rollers crush them into fine powders. Hot air from the nozzle elevates the fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powders are collected, while those not meeting standards are returned for further grinding.
Ultrafine vertical roller millThis mill excels at grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness of 7 or below. Perfect for quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and is particularly adept at handling slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, etc.
