Innovative Working Principle

Large materials begin their journey with a jaw crusher, reducing them to the desired particle size. From there, a bucket elevator transports them to a storage hopper. A vibrating feeder ensures a consistent and evenly distributed input into the main grinding unit. The resultant finely ground powder is whisked away by airflow to a classifier, where it's sorted by fineness. Particles that meet the standard are funneled into a cyclone collector for separation and collection. Once collected, they're released at the discharging valve as ready-to-use products. The system's airflow, an ingenious sealed circuit, operates on a cycle of positive and negative air pressure, maintaining optimal conditions throughout.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
