Clirik enhanced roller grinding mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh's hardness less than 6 and humidity less than 6%. Widely utilized across metallurgy, construction, the chemical industry, mining, and highway construction, this mill adjusts finished powder granularity between 50 and 325 meshes (315-45 microns). Perfect for materials like quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, and coal, it spans an impressive array of approximately 400 materials.

CLRM Enhanced Roller Grinding Mill Working Principle

Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and are fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The grinded powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, with particles meeting the fineness entering the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Discharge occurs at the valve, transforming into finished products. The airflow is drawn back to the blower, ensuring a sealed, circulating system under positive and negative pressure.
