Working Principle of Mining Used Rock Stone Hammer Mill Crusher
 

Our hammer crusher is meticulously crafted from robust components including a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is ingeniously divided into an upper and lower part, seamlessly welded from precision-cut steel plates. Durable high-manganese steel liners within the frame are replaceable, enhancing longevity. The rotors, comprising a turn plate, pin shafts, and regularly arranged hammers on the main shaft, are driven swiftly by the motor within the crushing cavity. As the rotors spin, centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, effectively striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials fed through the inlet into smaller sizes.

Qualified materials, perfectly crushed, are screened and exit through the gaps between the grate bars, while those not meeting standards remain for further processing. The final product size can be finely tuned by adjusting the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and bars can be customized to your specific requirements.
