Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
Comprising a sophisticated ensemble of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, this advanced structure ensures optimal performance.
The grinding disc operates with precision, powered by a motor through a reducer. Materials gently descend onto the disc from the feed opening, where centrifugal force guides them to the disc's edge. Here, they are meticulously pulverized into fine powders by the rollers. Hot air from the nozzle elevates the fine powder to a highly efficient classifier. The air carries the qualified powder to the collector for collection, while unqualified powder returns for diligent regrinding.
Ultrafine vertical roller milldelivers exceptional grinding capabilities for non-flammable and non-explosive materials rated below 7 on the Moh's hardness scale. It expertly processes quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, and copper ore, with a particular aptitude for slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
