Working Principle
Large materials are expertly crushed by the jaw crusher to the necessary particle sizes, then smoothly transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are consistently fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for thorough grinding. The resulting grinded powder is carried by the airflow from the blower into the classifier for classification. Particles that meet fineness criteria are transported into the cyclone collector through pipes, where they are efficiently separated and collected. They emerge as finished products at the discharging valve, while the airflow is drawn to the blower by a return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system operates under a sealed circulation, maintaining a seamless flow under both positive and negative air pressure conditions.
