CLRM Enhanced Roller Grinding Mill Working Principle
 

In a seamless grinding journey, large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve desired particle sizes. A bucket elevator then transports them to a storage hopper, from which a vibrating feeder provides a consistent supply into the main unit for grinding. Blower-generated airflow transports the finely ground powder to a classifier, where particles meeting required fineness are directed through a pipeline to a cyclone collector for separation and collection. These finished products are subsequently discharged via a valve. The blower recirculates airflow, ensuring a sealed system operating under both positive and negative pressure conditions.
