Principles Behind Our Ultra Fine Grinding Mill Technology
In operation, our grinding mill features cutting-edge technology where all grinding rollers rotate within the ring. The material is propelled to the turnplate's edge through centrifugal force, dropping into grinding chambers where it's expertly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers.
Our high-pressure air blower ensures a constant airflow within the mill. As airflow combines with crushed materials, it travels to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller screens it: particles not up to par are returned to be reground, while those meeting standards are directed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualify powders exit through the discharging valve. A small fraction travels to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. The high-pressure gas, controlled by the pulse valve, vibrates the bags to release these fine powders, which are then collected. Filtered air exits through the muffler's outlet.
