Working Principle
Large particles are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired size. These are then transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder ensures a consistent feed into the main grinding unit. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise sorting. Particles achieving the desired fineness are directed to the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. Finished products are discharged through a dedicated valve, and the circulating airflow, managed by a sealed system, is efficiently regulated under alternating air pressures.
