Clirik's enhanced roller grinding mill is engineered to process a variety of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials. With Moh's hardness under 6 and humidity below 6%, it serves an extensive range of industries such as metallurgy, construction, and chemical production. This powerhouse adjusts finished powder granularity between 50 and 325 meshes. (315-45 micron). This includes an impressive array of materials like quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal, among approximately 400 other materials, showcasing its versatile capabilities.
 

Working Principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The sophisticated architecture of the Raymond mill consists of a main unit, reduction gear, classifier, pipeline, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic feeder, and an electric control system. Each component cohesively contributes to a superior grinding process.

Large materials undergo initial crushing by the jaw crusher to achieve desired particle sizes. These are then elevated to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator, followed by a steady feed into the main grinding unit via a vibrating feeder. The finely ground powder is transported by airflow to the classifier, where it is refined further. Particles that meet the specified fineness are separated in the cyclone collector and discharged as finished products. The integral airflow system maintains a sealed circulation, operating under a balance of positive and negative air pressures.
