Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The highly efficient High Pressure Grinding Mill is equipped with standard components such as a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, and blower. It also includes a control cabinet motor and pipes. Additionally, optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be added for enhanced functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher until they reach the desired particle size. Following this, a bucket elevator transports them to a storage hopper. A vibrating feeder then evenly and continuously delivers the materials into the main unit for grinding. The finely grinded powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting the desired fineness are channeled through a pipe into the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected, finally being discharged through a valve as finished products. The innovative airflow system ensures a sealed circulation, operating efficiently under positive and negative air pressure.
