Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is an exemplar of sophisticated assembly, featuring a meticulously crafted main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, large material chunks are skillfully reduced by the hammer crusher into smaller pieces. These are then seamlessly transported to the storage hopper via an elevator, followed by precise distribution to the turnplate's upper distribution plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

Upon activation, the electromotor effortlessly powers the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, orchestrating all grinding rollersinto synchronized motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force expertly guides materials towards the turnplate's edge and into the grinding chamberswhere they are continuously pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers, evolving into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerintroduces a robust stream of air into the grinding mill, with this airflowtransporting the finely crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellermeticulously screens the airflow: Unqualified particles are deftly redirected back to the mill for further refinement, while qualified particles are harmoniously merged with the air, transitioning into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders elegantly descend and exit through the discharging valvelocated at the bottom. A minor fraction of the finest powders accompanies the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. They then descend due to the abrupt vibration from high-pressure gas emitted by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient material packaging. The filtered clean air is ultimately released through the muffler air outlet.
