Working Principle of Mining Used Rock Stone Hammer Mill Crusher
 

The hammer crusher is ingeniously crafted, comprising a robust frame, dynamic rotor, sturdy support iron, and precise grate bars. The frame is meticulously constructed from high-grade steel plates divided into upper and lower sections. Durability is enhanced with high manganese steel liners that can be easily replaced when required. The rotor assembly is ingeniously designed with a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers meticulously arranged on the main shaft. Power is transferred from the motor to the rotors, causing rapid rotation within the crushing cavity. This centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, allowing the high-speed impact, cutting, and grinding of large materials entering via the feed inlet.

Once materials are crushed to the desired size, they pass through the grate bar gaps and are discharged as qualified products. Unqualified materials remain in the crushing chamber for further processing until they meet the required specifications. Flexibility is key - adjust the grate bar spacing and the gaps between rotors and grate bars to achieve the optimal product size.
