Crafted by Clirik, the enhanced roller grinding mill excels in processing a vast array of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with a Moh's hardness of less than 6 and humidity under 6%. Widely revered in industries like metallurgy, construction, chemical, mining, and highway construction, this mill adjusts finished powder granularity between 50 and 325 meshes (315-45 micron). From quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, to iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, and coal, this versatile machine processes about 400 types of materials with finesse.

Working Principle of the CLRM Enhanced Roller Grinding Mill
 

The process begins with large materials crushed by a jaw crusher to requisite sizes, elevated by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, and evenly fed into the main unit for grinding by a vibrating feeder. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier, where it is sorted and collected through a cyclone collector. Finished products are discharged via the discharging valve, while airflow returns to the blower, ensuring a sealed circulation under positive and negative air pressure for optimal efficiency.
