Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is thoughtfully designed with a robust standard configuration, which includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For enhanced functionality, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available, catering to specific operational requirements.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size, following which they are methodically transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Subsequently, a vibrating feeder ensures consistent feeding into the main unit for precision grinding. The finely ground powder is then carried by airflow from the blower to a classifier for size classification, with particles that meet the required fineness entering the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Finished products are conveniently discharged via a discharging valve. The entire airflow system functions as a sealed circulation, meticulously maintained under positive and negative air pressure conditions.
