Working Principle

Our machine revolutionizes the milling process: Raw materials are initially broken down by a jaw crusher, reaching optimal particle sizes. These are then elevated by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. The next stage involves a vibrating feeder, which ensures a continuous and even flow of materials into the main grinding unit. The precisely milled powder is carried by an airflow from the blower to a classifier, where fineness is determined. Qualified particles are then funneled through a cyclone collector, where they are efficiently separated and collected. Finally, the finished products are released through a discharge valve. The entire system operates within a sealed circulation, driven by both positive and negative air pressure.

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
