Hammer Crusher This state-of-the-art equipment employs high-speed rotary hammers, revolutionizing the crushing process. Working Principle of Hammer Crusher
The hammer crusher is ingeniously constructed with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame consists of upper and lower segments, expertly welded with steel plates, and features replaceable high manganese steel liners. Its dynamic rotors, equipped with turn plates, pin shafts, and methodically arranged hammers on the main shaft, are driven by a motor to rotate at high speed within the crushing cavity. As centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, large materials entering via the feed inlet are subjected to striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding, efficiently reducing them to smaller sizes. The finely crushed materials are meticulously screened out and discharged through the grate bars, while larger particles are retained for further processing until they meet the desired size. The final product's size can be easily modified by adjusting the grate bars, with additional flexibility provided by altering the gap between the rotors and the grate bars to suit various requirements.
