Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

This innovative mill structure includes a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system that work in harmony.

The grinding disc, powered by the motor through a reducer, efficiently guides material to the disc from the feed opening. The centrifugal force drives the material to the disc's edge, where it is finely crushed by rollers. Hot air from the nozzle aids in transporting the fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powder is collected, while unqualified powder is reprocessed.
