Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The extraordinary configuration of the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Elevate your production with optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.

Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes, then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting fine powder is whisked away by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles that meet the specified fineness enter the cyclone collector via pipes, where they are meticulously separated and collected. These are released through the discharging valve as finished products. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation under both positive and negative air pressures, ensuring an efficient and clean process.
