Specifically intended for processing non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with Moh's hardness under six, this versatile mill efficiently handles calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, and over 100 other kinds of materials.
Achieve unparalleled precision with final fineness adjustable between 325 meshes and 2500 meshes (47-5 microns). Attain product fineness reaching D97<=5μm. Seamlessly replaces traditional mills like jet mills and ball mills, this state-of-the-art system simplifies processes, reduces costs, and enhances powder fineness to unprecedented levels.


Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a comprehensive system comprising a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, all working in harmony for optimal functionality.

Initially, materials crushed by the hammer crusher are reduced to smaller sizes and transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. Subsequently, they are evenly fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
During operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and dials are driven by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, ensuring precise motion of all grinding rollers within the ring channels. Driven by the centrifugal force, materials are propelled to the edge of the turn plate and directed into the grinding chambers. Inside the chambers, materials undergo multiple rounds of pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, efficiently transforming them into fine powder through continuous layering and processing. This relentless process consistently yields micro powder, meeting rigorous quality standards.

The high-pressure air blower efficiently draws air into the grinding mill, facilitating a seamless airflow that transports crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow: Particles failing to meet size criteria are redirected for regrinding, while those that qualify, seamlessly blend with air and proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Here, the majority of qualified powders descend and exit through the discharge valve at the bottom. Meanwhile, a small fraction of ultra-fine powders, carried by airflow, is captured by the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. A sudden high-pressure gas burst, controlled by a pulse valve, shakes off the powders, which are then collected, packed, and sent off as finished products. Filtered, clean air is finally emitted from the muffler's air outlet.

The ring and roller are expertly forged from specialized materials for optimal utilization. With identical grinding material and finish size, our spare parts have a lifecycle of approximately one year, which is 2-3 times longer than that of an impact mill or turbo mill. Impressively, the lifespan can extend to 2-5 years when grinding calcite carbonate. The lifecycle of spare parts may vary according to the material's hardness.

· High Safety and Reliability
Thanks to the absence of rolling bearings or screws in the grinding cavity, the common issues of bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components are completely eradicated.

· High Fineness, Flexible Adjustment
The final fineness of the grinding materials is conveniently adjustable between 200 meshes and 2500 meshes.
· Environment-Friendly
The incorporation of a pulse bag filter and muffler significantly mitigates dust pollution and noise, promoting a cleaner, quieter working environment.
